DRIVN operates on a strict 3-month internship cycle. Every role is unpaid, but high-impact. We’re a startup, not a student club, and we treat this like the real thing.

If you’re here for comfort, you’re in the wrong place.

DRIVN builds with intent not for fun.

If you’re here to build, we’ll hand you the weight.

Each role is re-evaluated at the end of the cycle based on KPIs, contribution, and alignment. If you perform, you continue. If not, your seat is passed on to the next in line.

After certain events, top team members may receive a share of net revenue, proportionate to their role and results. But nothing is guaranteed except the opportunity to prove yourself.

Certificates are awarded only to those who complete the full cycle and meet performance expectations.

We activate DRIVRs.
